I worked at Taco Bell full-time (More than 3 years)
It is a very easy job. Very quick to catch on to. Definitely fast paced. The staff is most generally friendly.
Being around the same people all day, they tend to end up in relationships resulting in breaking policy. Working 40-50+hrs a week leaves no family time especially when you end up working 65-75+hrs in a single week.
Advice to Management
Communication is #1. If you can not communicate with your other managers then the store will fall through and the customers will suffer. Do not try to or get into a relationship with a co worker whether you're the one starting it or agreeing to it. It causes alot if drama and problems. Not only do you have problems outside of work but ot will wnd up affecting the work place as well. There is a policy for a reason. No one (crew, shift, assistant, or gm) should breal this policy, as well as others.
