It used to be good about 1 year back. Not any more - It is a good place to hang around, if you don't really care about your career. But, you will soon be irrelevant in the industry.
Bad morale. Generally speaking, the management pushes the sales team to misrepresent the company's capabilities and never support the teams to build capabilities. Very rigid setup for a small company. Management teams are control freaks and insecure. Lots of unethical practices.
Advice to Management
CEO, Please don't take employees for granted. They are not your slaves or servants or magicians. As sales directors, we can sell what is available and not constantly sell something every other week, unbaked. And we need to make commissions. Please don't change comp plans when you feel like and more so after the sale is closed. Constantly taking accounts from performers, after we proved is unjust. Stop playing games with your employees' careers. Stop misguiding them. Start to accept who you are and represent to clients what you can deliver. At present, you are not being true to your employees, clients and investors.
