Great Engineer team. Good friendships. Very little friction from other Engineers. At Boise divided into 2 groups, System support and user support. VP and Directors over each. The people at the Boise site (100+) are very good and nice to work with. Very professional. Supply some food and drinks. HR is good to us.

Management. Plain and simple, management. The Boise location would be much better with honest management. In addition, when you leave they have been known to black ball you to other potential employers. Especially from the user support side. There is only one male manager out of 8 who manage 80 plus user support techs that are 90 percent male. Very obvious with 10 women, 7 are managers ....

    Advice to Management

Be honest with conversations. Break up the girls club and hire competent managers and not just friends. Taos has a formal process for positions yet many of the management positions have been given to people who did not even apply. There are many examples..
