I have been working at Target full-time
Over the years it has seemed like there has been less and less benefit of working at Target the only one I can think of is flexibility to work with schedule.
Pay, benefits, no longer cares about employees, lack of communication, no advancement opportunities, lack of zone of merchandise anymore.
Advice to Management
My word to management is to stop hiring ETLs straight out of college and promote from within. Promote Team Leads that actually know the business and proved to have leadership. An education can't teach leadership.
