Decent benefits, excellent feedback from immediate supervisors. Willingness to support you in your role and coach you to where they want you to be.
Look before you leap, specifically within the contact center at TD Bank. When they say sales and service they really mean just sales. Be comfortable talking about opening new bank accounts to every customer, even the ones that you can't help. Be ready to have expectations set at a very high level very quickly, and don't expect to be compensated for it. To be completely honest you may end up doing better as a teller since they make almost as much as the contact center people.
Advice to Management
Adjust your pay scales for contact center employees. Get some new front-line managers as the existing ones seem to be in a permanent state of C.Y.A.
