Recruiters can connect you with interesting clients.

TeamPeople uses a contract that stipulates they have 45 days to fulfill invoices, and they wait until the 44th day to strike a cheque. When asked why it takes the full length of time, the give empty apologies and dismissive explanations. After several weeks they can completely forget about you and miss their 45 day deadline.

    Advice to Management

Your freelancers are your only asset, convince your accountants and recruiters to treat them like it.
