I have been working at Techcess Group full-time (More than a year)
I wear many different hats that provides me with experiences I would not get anywhere else. I am constantly pushing myself to learn and adapt to be the best I can at my job. The mentoring program in place at Techcess Group shows me that the managers want to be involved in my professional goals and help me learn in the process.
At times much more is asked of an employee than possible. Some of this may come from being a small, growing business. Also, no retention bonuses are given to employees.
Advice to Management
My advice to management would be to get to know tier 1 and 2 employees a little better. No relationships are built which contributes to a higher turnover rate at the lower levels.
