    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked for Telecommunications systems for more that 3 year. Colleagues are highly talented and knowledgeable to work with. Not much of politics involved with the team.

Benefits and salary not par with the amount of work. Higher management decision comes at the last moment when changing any policy and employees not notified in timely manner. Work life balance ls hard to maintain, less employees and more work.

    Advice to Management

Retain the talent by giving what they deserve. Higher more employees to ease the workload.
