The desire to cut costs as an organization has come to cutting hours and increasing workload at the store level. Corporate lacks cohesive communication between departments, resulting in continual reactive work and unreachable expectations.
Advice to Management
Get it right before sending it to stores. Stick with it and cut costs outside the stores, stop with the excessive time spent reworking documents and communications because they don't work.... Test your ideas in real markets with real teams that will give real feedback, not just yes ma'am their way through so they don't ruffle feathers.
