I worked at The Goddard School full-time (Less than a year)

I love the coworkers I have met while working at Goddard. The families are amazing and make you feel like you are part of their family.

I was never at my Goddard ratio, I would constantly even go over state ratio. I was expected to run my classroom with 11 two year olds and would have to beg for help. My daughter went there with me and got sick several times one day and they would't let me off to take her home. The Goddard school had a hard time passing QA and it was always a stressful time. The pay for a lead teacher doesn't add up to the amount of work you have to do. Management would talk about crap about other teachers to where you could hear them, very unprofessional. Huge turnover rate in just the year I worked there. They only care about how money they can make not about their staff.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone who knows how to be a manager and make sure there is enough teachers in each room. Make lesson planning time so the teachers don't have to write the lesson plans on the weekend.
