No pay raises, slowly taking away all the good benefits (pension is gone, extended FMLA time is gone). I have dedicated many years to The Hartford and they do very little to reward you.
Advice to Management
Pay to keep talented employees. Years of service should show dedication to the organization. Stop being so numbers driven on direct employees. This place went from being a 5 Star company to work for to be at best a 2 star company. Pay your employees better.
