Deeply rooted in culture; excellent benefits and promotes from within. All associates receive bonuses if sales goals are achieved and recognition programs in place.
Focus on consistent schedules for hourly associate and training programs need to be revamped. Need more input from field associates to assist with store operations. Need to properly train leadership and fair and consistent application for all Home Depot associates.
Advice to Management
Fair and consistent application of policy. Management need to be properly trained on how to interact with associates and make sure hours are not being cut, and staff properly to service customers.
