You get to travel, but no where really worth it. Easy to sale just super unethical.

Where to start? Bad management, little support, you have to fight them to get paid (I was top in my training class and supposed to get a bonus it just never came, when I asked they said they used that money to pay for the lunches during training which I never ate because the food they got was bad). If you have to come from out of state for training they say they pay for room and board. Then money just doesn't get added to your check ). When you ask about it they tell you that you owe them for the hotel. That is the first time most out of state employees find out about it. Lastly they encourage you to just get the sale regardless of ethics. I refused to do it their way, and still outsold the senior repa in the same area. But I still felt bad because the product doesn't really get used. So I found a job with some form of standards.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking advantage of people, just to line your pockets.
