I have been working at The Met (More than 3 years)

As a contract worker, I get to interact with the Met's superb staff and acquire in-depth knowledge of special exhibits and other projects.

There's practically no chance of being hired full-time, plus the Met pushes the legal limits by asking contract workers to come on-site, work long hours for many months, even years, without any benefits.

    Advice to Management

Instead of maintaining an army of contract workers, hire the best of them in-house. Your staff is stressed, and quality often suffers.
