Training is only two weeks and you have to learn from scratch the engraving techniques. They do not correlate to anything like font size in the "real world", so throw all of that knowledge away. You will likely work alone with a multitude of projects all that have to be completed before you leave from your shift. No projects can be left for the next shift- especially if you are closing.
