Beautiful, quality product, loyal customer base great locations.
Inefficient use of square footage and wall space at every location, tailoring and bespoke only offered at larger locations, print merchandising is extremely ineffective (customers asking for shirts or products in printed visuals which were two to three seasons old -- pretty embarrassing as product usually disappears after 2nd season and customers are left wanting or having to go to the UK), ineffective HR resolutions when dealing with preventable store politics (not sure if this was with HR or store management), outdated back office computers and ancient till systems (many embarrassing occasions asking clients to wait or to come back with cash because tills were always freezing - all locations) and finally the stock room was appalling at Columbus Circle, dangerous and tiny with no room to accommodate associate belongings properly.
