    I have been working at Timberhorn Staffing Solutions full-time (More than a year)


    Timberhorn is the best agency I have ever worked for! Honestly, thought I would never work for another agency after my last agency experience but I am so glad I came here! Timberhorn has a great culture that allows everyone to operate in their own style without the micromanaging. We are all professionals and we are given all the tools to succeed. Management is willing to do whatever to help make introductions, get leads, and help you succeed! We have a strong recruiting team where the recruiters have 10+ years experience. Great client portfolio with great reputations and client relationships. Leadership is also open to new ideas and tools to utilize. They are also willing to spend money if it means that it will benefit the client and consultants -- Happy Hours, Annual Golf Tournament, Family Studio Movie Premiers, etc! Timberhorn also rewards results VERY well -- quarterly gold clubs, Annual Presidents Club all expense vacation + one, and weekly competitions for activity that include leaving early on Fridays!


    Benefits are on par with other small/ midsize companies. We reevaluate benefits every year as we grow so I see this getting better. Matching 401k would be nice and another tiered commission plan would also be nice. Also would like to see more formal annual evaluations to reevaluate expectations and compensation increases.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to embrace the culture and the strong leadership in place. Create a more formal training program so we can bring on more Jr Recruiters to Train up as we continue to grow.
