    Positive Outlook

I worked at TriStaff as a contractor (More than a year)

I found them to be honest, hard-working, clear communicators, and well-respected on the client site. You can tell when someone is working on your behalf and when they're not, and the individuals I dealt with were very pleasant, professional and collaborative. When we went after an opportunity, we were clearly working together, and that synergy produced results greater than I could accomplish working solely on my own.

Healthcare was available from two different providers. A small monthly compensation was provided by the company to offset the cost of monthly healthcare costs, but the lion's share is of course absorbed by the employee.

    Advice to Management

My advice is not to TriStaff upper management, but to the "other" firms that have now started competing in this workspace in the past two years since I started with TriStaff in 2012. Specifically, how do you expect to achieve top notch results and garner professional respect with the questionable communication skills and pigeon English that has now become so popular in the recruiter correspondence I now receive? Much of the verbal and written communication I am currently receiving appears to have originated from Grade 3 Spelling Bee drop-outs, or worse yet, kidnappers cranking out "anonymous" ransom notes. It's shameful and embarrassing to see the quality of communication in this industry take a nose dive like this, as it reflects poorly on everyone from candidates to employers.
