I worked at TruGreen full-time (More than 3 years)
Helping customers was the biggest pro of my entire employment at TruGreen. Management was always changing, positions were always changing and Customer Service got centralized - all very poor moves and hard for the customer. In my position, I was able to contact them from their home location and resolve problems immediately.
The uncertainty and instability of the company - ServiceMaster owned TruGreen until my last day, but they had to get rid of the brand, due to all of the issues that came along with it, in my opinion. The constant change was not for the better. If it's not broken, don't fix it.
Advice to Management
Please try to retain the customers that you already have and treat them right. You can't build a branch up with new customers, especially in the small areas. Customer Service is key - put it back in the branches!
