its a job...that doesn't pay enough nor give you enough hours to compensate. a single person struggles to survive off their paycheck with this company.if you've got a family,forget about it. but if your down and out right now...it's a job and its a paycheck...
its a low wage dead end job.its literally meant to be a stepping stone or an in-between job.there is no future with this company.full of false promises.EXTREMELY GREEDY COMPANY.DOES NOT CARE ABOUT NOR TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.TRAINING,EQUIPMENT,SYSTEMS ALL OUT DATED OBSOLETE AND BEHIND THE CURVE.
Advice to Management
your turnover wouldn't be so high if you actually cared about and adequately paid your employees.and i mean all the employees not just general managers and district mangers.i suggest particularly taking a long hard look at the treatment of your assistant managers.their pay,hours,responsibilities is just unbelievably pathetic.being on call 24/7/365 for 9.10/hr?thats just downright unethical.
