Nice atmosphere - company initiatives are making changes in culture - such as supporting wellness for employees and trying to address some of the employee concerns that came out of a survey done last year.
Depending on which department you work in, some have good management that seems to really care about its employees while other areas have overpaid, out-of-touch managers. Some senior-level managers do not even know what their employees are working on, do not encourage them or provide any employee recognition. In other words, its a gamble which you end up with.
