    I have been working at UGL Unicco full-time (More than 3 years)


    The site is separate from the company as a whole so this review is for Harvard Medical School's site only. At HMS the pay is competitive and your coworkers are good to work with.


    The site is understaffed in many trades. The workload is much higher than what the current amount of staff can handle. Upper Management micro manages, looking into everything you do, doesn't treat employees well. There is a high turn over of Individuals. When people leave it takes up to 6 months to replace that individual, in that time others are given their workload making your job very difficult. This happens often! There is no growth. Each person has a job an they do that job and that's it. No chance of moving up, no sort of career path what so ever. I would not suggest this site as a place to work to any of my friends, or anybody i like. Do not work here. The FMC contract is up every 5 years so hopefully 2017 the next company will higher the correct levels of staff.

    Advice to Management

    Remove a few key people at the top of the site. This will increase moral.
