Couldn't be happier with my time with USHG. Management really cares about staff. Staff becomes like family. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow (though, not always the ability to move up in the company as folks rarely leave their positions. Who knows, with the massive growth USHG is experiencing, that could change). Benefits are awesome.
Sometimes feels more corporate than personal (used to be all personal). Sometimes home office doesn't truly "get it" in regards to life in the restaurants. Still, those are petty issues. Some positions should be paid better, but that's a restaurant problem in general, not necessarily a USHG problem.
Advice to Management
Keep it personal, folks. That's what brought your initial success and that is what will keep you successful.
