I have been working at Unisys full-time (More than 3 years)

Pay is okay but could be better. Management will allow employees time to deal with personal concerns. Relatively laid back working environment.

After recent head-chopping several team are without the manpower to address the volume of work, Most management care more about their Facebook timelines than if the team will succeed. Hires under-qualified people to perform over-qualified work and will only pay 60% of that position's market value. While your co-worker are genuinely good people, most don't have the experience to perform the work required. Management tends to follow the "I know a guy" mentality when filling positions. HR is non-existent or doesn't deal with the issue that need to be addressed.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees on the front lines. They're fighting your fight and know the battlefield better than anyone else. Make greater strides to keep existing clients happy rather than spending all your efforts acquiring new clients. Specifically to the CEO: Your company has a LOT of dead weight. Find it, cut it, and your ship might stop sinking.
