I have been working at United Airlines full-time

Flight benefits are awesome. United flies everywhere, so a current employee and his/her partner, parents and kids can travel to many destinations in the world for free. Another great thing are the coworkers. We have always a smile for each other, and you rarely get to fly with the same people, so you get to know a lot of very nice flight attendants everyday. It also offers flexibility to your schedule

When you are junior, the paycheck is very very sad. Once you get some seniority it improves. Junior flight attendants are usually on reserve all year around, which makes our personal lives very hard. It can also be a lonely job, since you end up spending a lot of time away from home, in crashpads or layovers, far away from your people.

    Advice to Management

Please, work on a better new contract. We, junior people, work very hard and deserve some quality of life.
