I have been working at United Health Services full-time (More than 3 years)
Decent salary, lots of money spent on advertising (not sure that is a "Pro")
Non-clinical areas/roles take a back-burner view as opposed to clinical areas. IT resources are not up to par (technology and staff) compared to other industries, not enough senior management direction/backing on projects. No training / technical skills development for non-clinical staff. No pay-for-performance work strategies. Facilities are old/outdated.
Advice to Management
Change needs to occur starting at the top, managers who are not being innovative or can acknowledge change need to be replaced with people who can drive the organization into the 21st century.
