Autocratic, micro-managing leadership style. Huge gap in salary between lowest and highest earners with male employees tending to earn more money for the same positions. Disproportionate amount of males with no higher education experience or phd in executive leadership. No maternity leave. Need to take 3 days of vacation before using sick leave. High deductible health insurance that doesn't cover spouses. Benedictine sisters seem to have taken a backseat in recent years and need to have more input and a greater presence.
Advice to Management
Implement democratic leadership techniques such as shared governance. Gain input from shareholders before making decisions. Increase benefits and pay to be competitive and improve employee retention.
