I worked at University of Phoenix (More than 5 years)
The pay was good, education benefits are nice. There are some great reps that really know their stuff. Teams become more like families.
The company is not very stable, never know when the next lay off is coming. Shift bids don't allow those with less tenure early shifts. Everything changes! Company is going downhill.
Advice to Management
Employees are people first, employees second. Be more transparent with the frontline when changes are being made that effect them and their families.
