I worked at Valin full-time (More than a year)
There are many knowledgeable people who work at and love working for Valin that are ready and willing to help create technical solutions for their customers.
However, there is no technical training specific to the industry one is tasked with servicing. Hence "Creating value added solutions" for the customers is made exceptionally difficult. Prospective applicants should be advised to have a deep understanding of a technical industry serviced by Valin, and if they do not possess this they should be ready to invest many hours outside of your working ones to develop your knowledge.
Advice to Management
Educate the groups who service specific industries in the technical fundamentals of that industry and process. Training is disproportionately balanced towards salesmanship instead of technical competence.
