    The beauty of working outdoors...

Where do I start, First off the OC Branch has huge employee turnover, it is so disorganized its terrible, you have no support from upper management they are to busy trying to sell enhancements and save their own butts with all the customer complaints and dissatisfied customers. Everyone from Account managers to Maintenance personnel are overworked and under appreciated. All upper management cares about is selling enhancements, they tend to forget they also need to do Maintenance. Hopefully with this merger the staff working there will have better branch managers and Regional managers soon. If your reading this you already have a bad feeling or you wouldn't be reading the reviews. Listen to your gut feeling and stay away.!!

    Advice to Management

Listen to your customers, The switch and bait will only work so long keep your promises to your customers.
