    Unlimited earning potential so as a high biller it means that your commission rates are very high Ability to work from home so once you get on top of your accounts you can schedule your own day and for some of us finish early to spend more time with family Fast growth so company very open to ideas and innovation - your voice is heard which is nice All of it is cloud based so can access and work from anywhere even if you want to work abroad for a while Team is really down to earth, friendly and not competitive in a negative way Meeting up sponsored by the company is great fun and we really bounce ideas around the table Promoting diversity and doing what we sell in an ethical manner is good Career progression - have seen 3 Managers and a Training Manager promoted internally in 2014 and 2013 alone


    The role is really not for a weak or inconsistent recruiter, someone who needs loads of hand holding or has an employee mindset People join convinced they can do it and after 3-6 months it is evident they can't and are better in an office however company has completed a profiling now on what works and there is a big change Mainly performance related so at the beginning it can be tough but once you get momentum in placements earning amount is great. Working virtually can take a while to get used to but team skype video every day one to one to keep in touch - meet ups around the world are great

    Advice to Management

    Avoid where possible taking on recruiters that talk the talk at interview but are obviously not cut out for global recruitment virtual world Give people max 6 months to prove they can do it and then call it a day as they can bring negativity into the team due to under performance and start to blame everything and everyone but themselves Consider two options of earning structure for people while they are getting up to speed Continue to build and grow as that will mean more opportunities for everyone
