I worked at Verify (California) full-time (More than a year)
This job was so horrible that it kicked me into gear to get a new job.. in which I have now ! bye bye
Ever since we launched the new platform the leadership has done a total 180 in terms of actually being a leader (not that they were actually great leaders before) but I remember back then when they would actually be engaged in the legacy system and be in the trenches with employees. Now I bet they don't even know how to do a thing in AX. Telling employees to work harder when it was the "leaders" decision to go live creates a mass grudge against employees... and sure we'll smile and say hi to you and say whatever you want to hear in fear of our job but deep down inside we have no respect anymore. The attrition rate is ridiculous. No job stability.
Advice to Management
Don't treat employees like their idiots cause we're not. Don't tell us that there aren't going to be any layoffs. and don't tell us to work harder yet say we're stable when evidently we're not. and don't tell us to move on. also, hold your leaders accountable.... we see leaders too and some of them ...particularly ones that are buddy buddy with execs need to actually work instead of kiss butt.
