    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

Benefits (medical, dental, eye) and 104k match are great! They'll match up to 6%.

Schedule is almost impossible. Forget having even one weekend off a month. Very mico managed creating a negative environment. Commission structure constantly changing lowering pay outs. Customers do not come 1st nor do employees.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to create a postive environment with encouragement and positive reinforcement. Find ways to better work/ life balance. Keep employees in the know.
