Great pay, lots of overtime and opportunities to earn extra money at call centers,
Did not receive the four hour training I was supposed to get after getting my raise, management did not offer the support they boasted about, supervisor never checked in until I raised my concern about how I was doing, never provided training/coaching opportunities, family environment was a complete front
Advice to Management
train your employees how you say you're going to, be there for support, don't have all of your management off at any given point, actually check in with your associates periodically -- don't wait for them to come to you, treat your employees as if they were your customers, happy employees = happy customers!, drop the scare tactics routine -- it just leads to your agents being overstressed and results in cranky and nervous agents.
