    - Not super hard. - Some houses have clients that are very independent, not much to do there. All there is to do is to help clients with breakfast, wash dishes, do some laundry, clean up after each meal, and pass out meds. That's all there is to do and make sure clients are safe and hygienic. Shifts are weekday 6-9am, 2-8/2-2-10pm, 10-6am. Weekend: 6-2pm, 2-8/10pm, 10-6am for ICF Houses.

    - Minimum wage with no possibility of raises. - Co-workers are very lazy. Not much gets done and houses are very dirty. - Although it's not a super hard job, it's very HIGH RESPONSIBILITY. - Management could care less about you. Poorly managed organization. Most houses are poorly managed. Management will hire anyone who is interested because no one wants to work there for $9/hour. So there are a lot of lazy people working there who could care less for the client's well-being. ICF houses are the worst. Some of the laziest, least productive people work there. Semi-easy job, but HIGH RESPONSIBILITY. If a client goes AWOL w/out permission, it's an automatic termination. Mgmt does not care. They will fire you as fast as they hired you. Also, DO NOT EXPECT A RAISE EVER. I worked from 2010-2014 and I never got a raise, not until the minimum wage increased. Mgmt and the higher-ups will give you endless excuses why there cant be any raises while they drive their Mercedes Benz, Lexus, and nice BMWs. Hence, clients are in the hands of lazy people who could care less about getting fired and nothing ever gets done.

    Advice to Management

Treat your loyal employees with respect and listen to them. Pay them what they deserve or else Villa's residential program is going to suffer and close one day. You people make it hard to go to work every day because the work environment is so bad, unorganized, and unproductive. People who work here for 4+ years do it for the clients, not for the pay.
