Started there years ago and took great pride in the Virtua Values - they would hold workshops/classes on developing customer service and being a STAR employee. Last year or two of working there, obviously became thing of the past. Simple things such as saying "good morning" or "can I help you" no longer exist, ESPECIALLY with anyone in management titles. Very sad. Was once proud to be employee there, now I'm glad to be gone and would not recommend this company as a place to work.
Opinion is stated above - biggest "con" is no longer have values, no longer promote customer service.
Advice to Management
Go back to the old values - they made Virtua what it was.
