The company brand is well known. Low health insurance cost relative to other companies.
The company is a shadow of their former self. e.g. Sales were $350M in 2006 and $150 today. They are down-sizing and closing facilities. They make paint sprayers that should only be used outdoors. This was great when everyone needed to paint their home every 7 years. Now, with maintenance free siding, their products are becoming irrelevant. They have tried to diversify, but "spray tanning"? Really?
Advice to Management
Diversify into other markets. Focus on commercial rather than consumer.
