It's run professionally. They make sure that you get your required breaks and they give you a reasonable number of them and plenty of time for meals. The equipment is more up to date than other cash registers I've had experience with. They give you work for the amount of hours you ask for. The training was much more thorough than other jobs I've had.
They make a bigger deal out of small things than seems necessary. They don't give you any time off. I worked there for months before requesting any time off and still wasn't given one day off.
Advice to Management
Make sure everyone who is a CSM actually knows what customer service is all about. It amazes me how so many businesses have people working in customer service who are so completely unfriendly. However most of the managers were fantastic!
