I have been working at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

Work with your school/life schedule, get the hours you want normally within reason, you can work many different positions based on what you like to do. If management is your thing, you can work hard and work up to.

Under-staffing in most stores, significant amount of associates don't care about the work they do (ie do the bare min to stay employed), stressful at times if you're an associate like me who is trying to move up the management ladder.

    Advice to Management

Have better overall store communication from the highest management down. I know there is an incredible amount of standard operating procedures from department to department but at the time being, you will get three different answers on important issues depending what manager you ask.
