Management does not follow work protocols and procedures. Upper management doesn't care about the employees. Managers will retaliate against employees and the employee has little support because they are all friends with HR. Management talks about employees to other management and fellow employees. lack all professional standards and they get away with it because if you complain or go to HR they will paint YOU as the problem.

leadership is tenured and does what it wants, little to fix management unless they start from scratch in Plainville.
