Current Employee - Security Officer in Saint Joseph, MO

I have been working at Whelan Security full-time (Less than a year)

Easy position. Plenty of overtime if you want it. Patrols make time go by fast. Hard job to be fired from.

Constantly adding or changing rules. Uniforms are cheaply made. If your a girl, they won't fit right. Employee's are a little childish. Tattling on each other.

    Advice to Management

Do a better screening on potential employees. Fire employees when they deserve it. There is a point when you shoud let someone go. Reward the good employees. Quick having us do pointless things. Get us uniforms that fit.
