They give you every chance to better your self you can go from a selector to warehouse FTL if you are willing to work for it. The company doe's really have an open door policey and does not just say it. If you have a problem they are pretty fast to fix it and if you can't get it fixed at the store level or warehouse level you can always go to the top. The company is always looking for better ways to take care of it's team members. But you can't please eveyone and that is something that we all need to learn.
Pay needs to come up a little more to match what the union shops are doing that would be nice. For being such a large company the insurance doe's not impress me much the dental in out of site and the deductables are a little high. This is just for the family plan if it's you by yourself you have no problems the insurance is great they pay for every thing. This includes up to 1,800.00 a year to spend on medications and office visits. If you don't use it all it rolls over evey year. So its just the family plan that get me.

Don't lose focus of where you came from and wher you are heading.
