Really can't give too many negatives! Williams-Sonoma is a rare breed where the people TRULY care about the customer experience (both internal & external). The tenured and seasonal associates are THE BEST. HQ "partners" can be unrealistic & overly critical but SO WHAT?! Let it roll off. Fix what they want and move on!
Advice to Management
Keep it positive, keep it real and always remember...we are selling pots & pans people- ok, "the finest cookware in the world" but let's HAVE FUN & always be the most knowledgeable kats on the block!
