    Negative Outlook

I worked at Wolters Kluwer full-time

The PTO/Vacation time and flexibility is great. A lot of different divisions and areas to work in. Tenure at WK is long, people stay for a long time but its because people just get too comfortable.

Not even sure where to start with this. The way they treat there employees is very disrespectful. The management style there is awful, you don't' learn anything new and feel miserable everyday. Worst management style i have ever had in my career and learned nothing in my 4 years here. The people and personalities are very dry and un friendly. Not a great place to thrive in . A lot of different divisions but NO ONE ever leaves there jobs so hard to move around and do different things. All in all was treated very badly at this place and achieved my goal every year and beyond. Unless your a human without a personality I recommend never working here. Never experienced an environment as bad as i had here.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees more. Management there is very shady and its unfair to people coming in to build careers.
