Good hands on training program, solid week of on the phone training with a lot of supervision. Generally attentive and likable staff and upbeat culture.
Mostly dealing with unreasonable people making unreasonable demands. You don't have a lot of power to actually help them so its a lot of explaining of why charges were made and recommending future behaviors to reduce their bill.
Advice to Management
They do a pretty good job of training you of what to expect and how to navigate the system
