Great co-workers to be around with. You share office with another company Kwi great bunch of people. System is easy to use. Has day shift and night shift.
Management promote base on favoritism not on real hard work. Policy's change so frequent that supervisor don't realize this and give wrong info out. When management makes mistake they are quick to blame employees and also uses this when firing they make sure it's set as en example to others to build fear. On snow days , once it's more then 15inch then they might let u go home doesn't matter where u live or How far.
Advice to Management
The CEO needs to be less engage with his managers/leads and more engage with the staff and know what's going on the floor. Monthly staff meeting won't do it. No one wants to say what's on their mind do to fear of being release. You build your company on a good value but it's seems since your company grew, you lost that value or management paints a different picture for you. Think about it
