      Strong benefits package, good environment

Current Software Engineer in Exton, PA, Pennsylvania

They keep raising prices and lowering HSA contributions. They want the employee to be responsible for as much of the cost as they possibly can. Terrible Maternity/Paternity leave and expensive Health Insurance. Vacation/Sick/Personal time is OK at best, but they have extremely unreasonable and bordering on illegal rules around using them, especially after forcing people to come back into the office.
