I have been working at fuseproject full-time (More than a year)

fuseproject has a spectacular office in Potrero Hill, which is a nice neighborhood to work in compared to the hustle bustle of downtown. Full working kitchen and open floor seating - doesn't have a typical sterile office vibe. It is connected to a public art gallery. Benefits are great, especially the time off around the holidays. HR does a great job making sure you are getting the best 401k and health plan options for your personal needs. Since everyone is working extremely hard 24/7, there are tons of fun group office activities and events every month to counteract the longevity of your workload. Working in smaller teams on projects is a great learning opportunity, and is also helpful with your constant contact with your manager and personal growth.

Working long hours and on weekends is very common, which sometimes goes unnoticed by upper management.

    Advice to Management

Reward the long hours or require employees to take a comp day for them - it does not reflect well onto the overall culture of the office.
