- average of 4 to 5 "ups" per day during the week - company only pays when you sell but most of the day you are working free labor to set store, this is magnified if you have lazy managers that allow their side to look awful and collect dust and play favorites with certain employees. - cut throat environment, as well as a he said she said, makes you feel like you are back in grade school - scheduling is the worst the manager that made schedules would copy and paste the same schedule every week, so if you closed one Saturday you closed every Saturday. - warehouse workers are basically paid to sit in the back and complain about doing their Job - mangers will tell you to do one thing then go to someone else and say another - certain managers are upset when you ask questions, making it seem like you are ruining their day - certain managers are to busy flirting with RAC Acceptance employees to worry about the store - certain managers will tell you to be on time then show up one to two hours late everyday - same managers and some employees will take two hour breaks and nothing is done or said - certain managers will stay all day in the store even on off days some times taking naps or laying on furniture so that they don't have to go home for some reason -
