Position Summary:
Wishare Media Group is a Los Angeles based innovating digital advertising agency that builds for our clients through best-in-class expertise in big data, digital advertising platforms, search engine marketing, and creative communication services. We integrate our client’s needs and offer customized multimedia platforms for each client to create audiences with the highest propensity to convert into loyal customers.
We are searching for a Junior Creative Director to manage the creation and development of clients' campaign.
The role of the Junior Creative Director includes planning and delivering advertising campaigns, creating detailed strategies for ad copy, graphics and layout. The ideal candidate will have a background in advertising and be highly knowledgeable about the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with your cross functional team including strategy, media and production.
- Assist art director and other creative personnel.
- Participate in brainstorms and take direction and feedback from creative directors and strategy leads.
- Confidence to present your work both internally and externally with the support of your peers.
- Creatively oversee productions and help see the creative vision through completion.
- Aid creative activities, providing a framework.
- Maintain a store of advertising images and copy.
- Assist with the design, publication, and production of advertising material.
- Supervise ad designers and copywriters.
- Modify campaigns if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Advertising major or related
- Minimum 3 years or related work experience at an Advertising/Creative Agency and Studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of culture and the internet.
- Keen eye for what works and the communication skills to explain why.
- Knack for picking up brands’ visual identities and the ability to execute against them.
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, including scope, resourcing, schedule, and quality control
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to completion
- Demonstrated ability to manage and balance the demands of many projects simultaneously
- Exhibits accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- This role is temp-to-hire (opportunity to convert to a permanent position after 90 days).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $35.63 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
